For as long as I can remember I have loved baking, everything about it. I love the ‘boring’ standing waiting for something to do its thing all the way to decorating and serving up my bakes…but best of all is serving a bake and silence occurs whilst everyone has big smiles on their faces!

Betty’s Bakes is going to be sharing my absolute favourite recipes that I use all the time and also me sharing new exciting recipes with you all! As well as that Betty’s Bakes will be a chance for YOU to share YOUR favourite recipes that you use all the time. Basically, this is one big recipe sharing circle so welcome all!!
Who is behind Betty’s Bakes?
Behind Betty’s Bakes is myself, Fenella, a 21-year old girl trying to find her way in the world. I have always loved baking and have spent a lot of time creating baked goods.
My motivation for this…
About a year ago, I started to notice that my stomach did not enjoy eating gluten and after various tests it has been advised that I lead a gluten-free lifestyle. This is something that has taken a lot adapting, most of my life has had to be adapted but I want to share my gluten free bakes with you. For those of you that are not gluten free, my recipes have the ability to transfer between gluten and gluten free.
The transfer between a recipe being gluten free and including gluten will be easily shown on each recipe page.
